This store is truly a gem! It has a beautiful atmosphere, with an excellent selection of jewelery. Debbie, the owner, is so knowledgable and her staff are always friendly. I have gotten some of my favorite pieces here. They are truly one of a kind.

This place was just GREAT! I wanted a unique sorta antique looking ring with a blue sapphire. The owner Debbie designed and had the ring custome made for me. It is just Beautiful! Exactly what was in my head! I'm extremely please with the quality, the service, and the knowledge here. Definately a 5 star jeweler with reasonable prices too!

Debbie and her staff were wonderful! I had searched for months for a wedding band to match my beautiful vintage engagement ring. Many other jewelers rushed me or didnt take my 'wants' seriously -- Debbie was incredibly patient, had top notch customer service and helped me find my idea of a perfect match. Her selection of antique rings and bands is high quality and her prices are great. She definitely knows her stuff and is willing to educate the buyer - answered all my questions patiently and throughly. She also helped me get my grandmothers antique setting rhodium plated and resized, so I could wear it on my right hand during my wedding. When I got engaged recently I knew that I needed help finding a ring that worked for me. I had an idea what I'd like to wear but I really wanted to see what my options were. This store is incredible - I was impressed at all of the bands for men that they have. I found a ring that will work perfectly for me. They sized it for me and everything was done quickly and I am very happy with the purchase. So, if you need any type of jewelery I would highly recommend this lovely shop. The ower, Debbie, guided us through the entire engagement ring buying process. She was very, very nice and extremely helpful! I have told all my friends of this great experiece with her. As buying a diamond ring for the first time can be very scary and nerve-racking, Debbie made it a very comfortable and fun experience! I highly recommend her and this store!

I was in this store about a month ago and was extremely impressed by the outstanding customer service that I enjoyed in an elegant, yet comfortable environment. The store is beautiful and most of the jewelry is even more so. The young lady that waited on me, Jennifer, was also quite attractive and very attentive to me without ever being pushy. She was knowledgable about the inventory, but if she didn't know something,she was smart enough to say, "I'm not sure, let me check it out and get back to you," rather than just saying whatever she thought would make a sale. I Instead she took the time to check the catalogs and ask her boss, who is the owner. I would much rather buy from an independent store like this than support the Jareds and Kays of the world. I will be back before Christmas to see what new things Jennifer has to show me or to pick up that bracelet I know my wife would love.In any case, my wife will be THRILLED and that means I;m a happy guy!

We found the most amazing ring at Romantic that Debbie had designed herself. She was so helpful and answered all our questions without hesitation. She was so friendly and sweet, you can tell she really has a passion for her field. Also they had a good selection of unique and vintage items which you could never find in your typical boring mall store. tinks!!
