Bad Experience!

2

I've booked my vacation tickets from RAM while ago, I specifically, choose a specific day and time, all of the sudden, the time and the date I've chosen had changed not only one time but 3 times, I called them trying to find an explication, unfortunately, there was no one to answer my phone calls. For the past 8 years, I always travel with Air France, great costumer service, great experience. This year well be the last time I am traveling with RAM.

Royal Air Maroc

The worst ever airline

1

In September 2010 I booked my return flights from Casablanca to London Gatwick on 27th February. This was confirmed and I even joined their Safar travel club. The outward flight was unremarkable except for being treated as cattle and not a smile from the surly cabin crew. On arriving at the check in desk on return I was told "the flight is full you are on standby" This response was given to many passengers and it would appear that agency block bookings were taken at the expense of private passengers. The staff were rude and uncooperative and refused to entertain any form of compensation or help in any way. After refusing to move from the check in desk I eventually managed to be transferred to a later flight to London Heathrow. This resulted in lost connections and overnight accommodation plus the costs of transferring back to Gatwick and having to book new onward flights. The company is either corrupt or inefficient and you should never use them if you want to retain your sanity!!

Worst Airline Ever

1

I spent over 5 years in the Aviation Industry. Royal Air Maroc is the worst airline I have ever flown. The baggage service will score zero any day. I travelled to Lagos from New-York on December 10. In Lagos my luggages did not come until after 2 weeks. After my return on January 10, I am yet receive my second luggage. Nobody receives my phone calls. No information whatsoever on my 2nd luggage. This airline does not deserve the approval to fly to New-York. The airline Customer Service score is zero.

Royal Air Maroc

WORST AIRLINE EVER!

1

I would give this airline 0 stars if I could. This is truly the worst airline that I have ever seen. The customer services is horrible, the flt attendants are rude and seem to hate their jobs plus the flts never leave or arrive on time. These people are so disorganized and are not in the least bit helpful. Flts are cancelled and the passengers are not even notified. I traveled abroad with two toddler children and I was told that there were no seat assignments and I would have to be seperated from at least 1 of my children. I would advise no one (especially people of color) to use this carrier. It was the worst travel experience I have had.

LA RAM, helping you cross the atlantic since 1957.

Ok, So I'm obviously Moroccan, and there is nothing I love more than to arrive at JFK and get a peak at my country's JetLiner standing there, it warms my heart. People in general, and Moroccans in specific shouldn't complain so much about the airlines, there are some bad reviews here, but you must understand that la RAM transports over 140,000.00 people a year between Morocco and NYC. We should be proud that our airline is one of the only airlines allowed to carry a direct route from Africa. Flying isn't the easiest thing, and you must remember that for everytime you lose your laguage, there are 5000 people who had perfect trips. You don't like losing your clothes, stay home! The quality of the Air attendants reflects on the quality of the people they have to serve, You paying for a ticket does not give you the right to mistreat attendants. And I find that the Moroccan attendants are treated way bad by people like you. A Moha, Don't get your panties in a bunch.

Do Not use this airline, terrible customer service- they will steal your things

1

If asked to "gate check" your carryon bag, PROTEST! Especially if you have any valuable goods in your carrryon. They will be stolen and Royal Air Maroc will take no responsibility. Fly Air France or British Airways instead. Customer relations manager Nancy Caruso will just give you the run around. Avoid at all cost!

Royal Maroc needs check in desk and in flight service help

1

Oh dear oh dear. The Check in staff in Marrakesh airport were surly, silent and ignorant to customers questions...not just mine...must have learnt their customer service approach from Air France. Airport signs were inaccurate or just plainly wrong. On the plane the staff were not appropriately trained...didn't 'belt up' on take off and were not in the seat at all for landing. As soon as we landed and started to slow down...people stood up and the attendants did nothing except shrug their shoulders. No entry documents on the plane...and the attendants didn't tell us we needed any !!! Attendants is a term used as an oxymoron here...lack of it was laughable. Oh yes. Customs control...who needs it when you can have a joke with your friends in the customs service... Carrying contraband? Feel free to use Marrakesh as your exit port. no discipline here. When not talking to each other they just sit and snooze.

Worst airline agents!

5

I am serriously disappointed with Airline agents of Air Moroque as they tell travelers about rules when there are problems and only when they have collected money. Rules are layed down when money has been colleccted. Agent at Klasssique Travels at 467E Tremont asked me for "rebooking fee" up to $520 for two going to Morocco after a change of traveling date. This rule was never written or verbally specified. I was directed to Air Moroque airline agent. Communication with a lady at 212-947-3852 was very terrible! This will be my last trip with this airline. I will campaign to friends about dissatisfaction with the airline and lack of honest explanation of rules involving "rebooking fee"
