After working with 2 other companies that did nothing but take my money, what a breath of relief to know their is someone who can help timeshare owners, like my husband and myself. We are getting up there in age and just needed to get out from under this headache. From start to finish,SBA Corp was professional and walked us through every step of the process of selling our Carlsbad timeshare. Very good follow up and guidance from him and admin. legal handling of all paper work for the sale. Additional communication buy phone and e-mail was always timely. My broker is Jackie and she has been so honest and hard working in selling my Cabo San Lucas timeshare. I did get a fair market value for the resort and have purchased Wyndham points after the sale of cabo. I recommend the company completely.

Victoria has been a blessing to me. She sold my timeshare within days of working on it. I was expecting to wait at least 3 monthes, which would have been ok with me, but she pulled through very quickly. Apparantly this scenario is rare, but either way Victoria was on point and efficient throughout the short process. So Im holding up my end of the bargain by putting in a testimony. I would recomend SBAC and Victoria to anyone looking for a timelly sale.

Thank you Jesse for all of your hard work a persistence on the sale of my Canyon Lake, Silverleaf. We were asking for $15,500, and we took the offer at $13,950. It did take the better part of four months to sell,but I was just happy to sell after being stung twice. So I am keeping my end of the bargain.

I am so happy that SBA was able to sell my timeshare. I had been listing it on ebay and craigslist for over three monthes, with no serious inquiries. I called my sales agent back and started recieving offers right away. To anyone who wants to sell their timeshare, I would say skip all the hassle of trying to sell it yourself, and go to the pros at SBAC. Thanks again! -The clark family T

I signed with 4 other companies prior to SBA and they are only listing companies and never heard from them at all. I did not want to trust anyone again but, I prayed on it and my prayers came true. I am sucessfully out from my Westgate timeshare. Thank you everyone at SBA Corp. and to my wonderful sales agent.

Hopefully you paid this scam company by credit card so you can dispute it and get some resolve. Better yet...DO NOT EVVVVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ! Or any of the other companies who promise to sell/rent your timeshare. Try Redweek..they are legitimate
