Safari Towing and Road Side Service , U-Haul Rentals

I called complaining about a sticker they put on my car for no reason. I was simply asking them to come take the orange sticker off my car because i had the proper parking pass. The manager yelled at me and hung up on me saying my permit was not in a visible location... It was over my registration. . Now I am sure they will tow my car for no reason... I wish people could just do the right thing.

At the end of the day on Friday, September 2, 2011 and the start of a very long, crazy 3-day Labor Day Holiday, cars were darting in and out of lanes so fast when brake, engine and other warning lights were on in a blink of an eye and the ability to control the car was non-existent. Lucky for me Safari sent me Adam/€œSmitty€ Smith to my rescue. He arrived much earlier than the 55 minutes I was told it would take for help to arrive. Once there, he worked very quickly and had the car secure and soon we were off. I cannot speak highly enough about his towing abilities, his attention to safety, and his genuine concern for me the passenger. He is a valuable asset to Safari Towing. Typically, I never write reviews, but Adam/Smitty Smith is a valued asset to Safari Towing and I wanted management to know how great he is to their business.

Update to my earlier review - I had hoped it was saved as a 5 star rating - not a 4 star one. He was the best - prompt, smart, knew a lot about the damage done to my vehicle and what I should expect to pay for the repair. Worked quickly and safely and had wonderful customer service abilities as well. Safari Towing Management - you have a 12 star guy on your team!

They did a great job towing my car ...They had to unlock it and jump start it ... Tim was great !!! If I ever need them I will call them first.... Thank you Gina S Frisco Texas

After returning from a trip we got into our car, which was parked in long term parking at DFW, and headed out 121 toward McKinney. About 5 miles into our journey we realized we had some major problems with the car and called Safari Towing to help us out. They were prompt and professional! Great experience

I was going to Dallas from Oklahoma and my car died in Frisco.. I looked up towing and found these Great bunch of guys.... It was late and they towed my car back to there storage yard and dropped me off at a motel ... In the Morning they already had my car at a repair shop by the time I called them... they helped me out greatly and I am thankful for such nice people ... Thank you and God Bless... Bud Williams
