Safe Ship

Beware Richard Marsh the owner/operator of Safe Ship does not stand behind his product. Safe Ship provides horrible packaging services and when your item gets broken they refuse to even refund you the amount you paid them for their careless packaging job. Richard Marsh is very demeaning and does not care about his customers.

Never in my life have a I dealt with such an incompetent individual "BRAD". My experience with BRAD & Safe Ship have convinced me that I will only deal directly with UPS.......my package was shipped to the incorrect address...I was repeatedly lied to by Safe Ship staff....BRAD....and in the end I had to track down my own package and deal directly with the individual who had mistakenly received MY PACKAGE!!!!!! BRAD should be fired!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 star is far to good a review!!!!!!!
