Salle Green Fencing School

Salle Green is a lot like "Cheers". -The place where everyone knows your name, and they're always glad you came. I've seen very advanced fencers put off a bout with someone they know, so they can take a few precious minutes of open fencing time to help a new fencer. Master Green often adapts his lesson plan to accommodate the physical limitations of older fencers or the skill level of individuals in a larger class. He is always willing to answer questions, and (just as importantly) make sure you understand the answer. This applies to everything, including the alligator under the floor drain. But if you want to know about that, you'll have to visit the Salle and ask him yourself!

As soon as I started my first lesson, I was hooked. They had everything. Cool weapons, understanding and encouraging coaches, and all sorts of unique programs.

My daughter fences at Salle Green, and we are both very satisfied with the experience. The coaches there are genuinely interested in teaching and fostering a love of the sport. It is evident that they are not there to make money, but to encourage their students and each other to learn and grow as fencers. THAT is the definition of a teacher, and a school.

This school has programs tailored to every fencer from beginner to top-rated. The classes are fun and informative..one learns more than tactics here!
