Sally Beauty Supply

If there were a 0 star rating thats what the service deserves that I recieved at yourstore. You should hire people who actually want TO HELP the customer, not, turn thier back on thyem and continue with thier phone call. BAD, Bad Service!!

I have been a long time shopper of Sallys, and a hairdresser since 1977, I cant remember ever buying my supplies from anywhere else. I opened up a salon 6 years ago and purchased all my equiptment and furniture also from Sallys. The point im trying to make is that I am a dedicated and long term customer, at least untill today. I went to your Sallys located on Pershing Dr, in Ansonia Connecticut and was never so disappointed with the management staff I dealth with today. Also I witnessed three people ahead of me not only treated poorley, they too were aggravated with the way they were treated. I have a feeling im not the only customer you will lose in this store today. I will never shop there again !!
