Salmen Tech Company is a great company to work with. I feel that the products the support are of first class and feel confortable in using them in my process areas. The staff at Salmon Tech is also very knowledgeable of their products and have always been quick to respond to my needs any answer any questions that I may have.

I work with a system that incorporates a fairly large number of control modules that Ken was involved with previously. On several occasions I have needed support for this system and every time he has helped out tremendously. These particular modules are no longer supported by the manufacturer but he has always managed to help me out with whatever problem I'm having. Thanks!

This sales person will do everything possible to make his customers satisfied. He will stand behind anything he sales. If a produce he sales does not perform as advertised he will contact and work on the problem until it either works correctly or finds anothe product that will work correctly for your application. Ken will never leave you hanging with no support.

I have known Ken Salmen before he started Salmen Tech and subsequently in my dealings with Salmen Tech over approximately the last 10 years. Ken answers the phone himself. He gives you correct information. He always returns calls and keeps the customer informed. Parts are shipped and recevied on time.His company is refreshing in todays time. He actually cares about his customers.
