Salon Dijon is a great salon! Everytime I go there I get exactly what I like. Also, I get compliments on my hair all the time!! All of the girls are really nice and easy to talk to. I have recommended this salon whenever I get a chance. All of the girls are really knowl...edgable in their field and every business has their impossible to please clients. For the past 10 yrs I have used this salon whenever I am in the area. I have used two cosmetologists there and both were excellent. This salon is awesome!!! In regards to the negative post by jchapm46, this woman and her family are known for complaining to get their money back. As the situation she described ( over- dramatically ) took place another client in the salon that works at a retail store s...aid that those people are always in complaining and trying to get stuff for free. eriously the worst salon I have ever been to. I have gone to schools that did a better job than my stylist did and the staff was incredibly rude. I wanted to get my hair dyed for my bridals, a deep brown, they dyed it 3 levels darker. After going to 3 other salons, ever...y stylist agreed it was a level 1 or 2 when I asked for a 4. After trying to contact the stylist, talking to the manager, Joleen, going in before they closed and finding the salon had closed early, we finally were able to get in contact with them a week later. When I stated I just wanted a refund of the dye, they refused to accept it was darker than anticipated. They yelled and gave me lots of attitude which took me by surprise. The thing that made me the most upset was when I directly asked the stylist, Connie, if I could have a refund for the dye and she said "well if you didn't like it you shouldn't have tipped me 10 bucks."
