sent the below order to some dear friends this weekend and it was the most embarassing gift I've ever given. When I got to their home, saw what you had sent and heard how it arrived, I was mortified.
Upon arrival, the vase was absolutely filthy and had a bar code sticker still attached to it. The gift tag was barely readable because it, too, was dirty and wet. The flowers were mediocre and certainly nothing I would consider "premium", which I absolutely paid for. Finally, the flowers weren't even tulips, as I had specified. They were lilies! This, despite the fact that I checked a box on your web site noting that I would not accept a replacement of equal value to what I had ordered. The entire experience was appalling and I would absolutely not recommend using Sans Souci .
