Im very disappointed with Sash Controls. I thought just my bad luck contributed to my sliding door handle.

Apparently, Sash is no longer in business or is attempting to stay below the radar. The 2265 door handle is poorly manufactured and as a result the top portion of the handle has broken off the door, leaving the srew still attached. The insulting part is that when the distributor was contacted he implied that it was because the door handle was allowed to become loose. Apparently, nobody is willing to accept blame for a poorly made product. The only saving grace in this story is that, hopefully Sash has gone "toes up"

Door handle must be defective. I need a replacement in brushed bronze.

I am not writing a review but because I am unable to reach you by telephone I am writing for help. I have had the same window cranks for 35 years and need to replace a few. The pat # is 3085.299 and I do not know any other source. Help!

The handles have, so far, performed well but on one of them, the Thumb Turn broke off. If someone with a broken handle (mine are brass) that has a good Thumb Turn I would be really interested in "obtaining" it from you. Thanks.

Also looking for a replacement door handle (2265). Seems the metal is a poor quality and has broken off at the point of attachment.

Like Mr Murry from OK, I also need a door handle for my patio door that has the id marking 22650 on the reverse side. It just broke and anyone can imagine how hard it is to open the door without a handle. It's frustrating and I need help. I would appreciate a contact from the company informing me how I can purchase a replacement.

I have one of your door lock sets for our patio door D340398 and the little level to lock the door is broken -please help we have looked everywhere to replace this and can't find a part to fix it.. Thank you Mariann
