I had them a few years ago
I lived in a single bedroom on Picasso, SFM was a great landlord. All my friends had horror stories of theirs (Wolfe and Associates) but I never had any problems. When things broke, they were fixed quickly. Rent was fair, the complex was well maintained. Only complaint was the on-site super was pretty weird, but he still seemed like a nice guy
