What a Great Place to be a member of!!!
The staff at Shape Up is always friendly and helpful. They have great classes and someone is always willing to help if I dont remember how to use a piece of equipment. I absolutely love the small club atmoshere and the fact that it is ladies only!

Wish i knew about this place sooner!!
I absolutely love this place. It's an all women's fitness center. When i first signed up, Maria showed me the proper way to use all the machines, when I went back the 2nd time, she could see me unsure of what to do and she ran right over to help!! Its a very supportive, friendly enviroment. i have been a member at almost all of the other local gyms, and this place has exceeded my expectations, and I keep going!!! It's a great place, just wish I found it sooner!!

We have circuit weight machines that target all the major muscle groups that are designed for women....lower starting weight, adjustable seats, ease of use. We have treadmills, ellpticals, recumbant bikes. We also offer a wide choice of classes.
