First and Best

I have known Schelly Gallimore for 30+ years. She not only helped me choose my first computer in the mid-90s, she set it up and taught me how to use it. She also set up my first computer network. Whenever I've had any sort of computer problem, I always call her first, because I know she's the best at support, whether it's in person or via phone. She is always unfailingly patient, both with my questions and with the computers I've had through the years. She is knowledgeable, adept, and a pleasure to work with. I will continue to tap her aid and assistance whenever my computers develop glittches and count myself fortunate to have her services available to me.

TREMENDOUS RESOURCE!!

Mid South Foam needed a website to describe our company but new nothing about websites or what they can do for our business. Site Solutions Plus was recommended by a business acquaintance. Site Solutions owner, Schelly Gallimore, explained our options, requested some pictures & in a few days emailed several optional format ideas & researched our industry on the net. We hired Site Solutions, immediately. Schelly discovered that our domain name had been hijacked and took steps, through the internet authorities, to insure our domain name remained ours. Also, Site Solutions obtained a server site for less than half the money we were paying. An exciting aspect of Schellys design is it’s versatility. We can add a store front for customers to order products & pay for them, all automatically. Schelly has the ability to absorb large amounts of information & create a visual display that is colorful & distinct. We are extremely happy with Site Solutions Plus & retain their services.

Professional, communication needs improvement

My production company hired Schelly and her sub-contractors to design an interactive, flash programmed element for a DVD we produced for a French client.

There were many setbacks and delays in this project, but Schelly maintained a professional and friendly manner throughout the whole project. She maintained an upbeat and positive attitude in e-mail and phone communications. However, her sub-contractors needed more managing than we had expected.

In the end, our client was extremely pleased with their product. I personally thank Schelly for working within some restrictions that other companies would have shunned. She's a real professional.
