Skamokawa Vista Park

We have been going to Vista for over 20 years. Steve and his crew are the best. This is such a relaxing place to unwind. The deer refuge is close for bike riding, the beach is fun to play at for the kids and the location is perfect for a base camp...We LOVE this place.

Steve & everyone else really do an amazing job! Its the highlight of our families summer to go down and relax! its perfect for all ages, and even if it rains its great! You can't go wrong here! =]

my family has been coming to the park for a number of years for our FAMILY REUNION, and we have ALWAYS had a really good time there. steve and his crew are great people, and are always friendly and there if you need something. the other great thing about there is usually you can see the ships coming and going, and for people who haven't seen this it is neat. the water from the river is nice to swim in or to just sit buy. Would I recomend this park for families, yeah I would, it's GREAT!!!!!!! So Steve and crew we will see you at the end of JULY again when our family comes back. dawn hawkins from chehalis, washington.

I just want campers to know this is a wonderful camp ground! My family and I have been camping here for the last 7-8 years. We make it every Memorial and Labor day weekends.The host and crew are helpful in every way. Hope you all enjoy as much as we do. Happy Camping!

Skamokawa Vista Park with abundant grounds, secluded yurts, RV space, (and showers!) is a perfect place to stay on a Lower Columbia kayak adventure. Wooded sloughs or open water, its all here. And Vista Park is the perfect base of operations. I prefer the yurts when I am paddling in and out of Skamokawa because I can leave shelter gear at home.
