Skylark van Service Inc

Tried to make a inquiry about schedules and prices, the person was extremely rude and unhelpful. In a customer service business, this was pretty surprising. Will try another service unless desparate.

Great service. My plane canceled from Dallas to Wichita Falls. Called Skylark and got a ride on tbheir shuttle for less money. Dropped me at my destination also. Will use again.

I have been traveling back and forth between SAFB and my home in the northeast for more than 10 years. I have used Skylark more than 30 times and have always found them to be predictably excellent and always on time. Good luck on the new taxi service.

My airline was late again and caused me to miss my ground connection with Skylark. Luckily for me, Skylark got me on their next shuttle and I made it to Wichita Falls in time for my meeting. I will continue to be a customer.

How can they change a "confirmed reservation" without informing the customer. Coming from Japan (12 hour flight) is a hassle if you know that everything is already confirmed but later on you'll find out that they changed the schedule and you need to show up 3 hours early and be there within 15 mins. or you'll miss the shuttle and you have to wait 8 hours for the next one. Unbelievable! Astonishing customer service representative! especially when they demand and harass their customers on what they should do...

I had to get a few taxi rides while my car was in the shop and Skylark Taxi was great. Their cars were clean and drivers were courteous. The dispatchers were all really helpful and kind. Debra was exceptional at answering my questions and concerns about my daughter getting a ride to school. thank you Skylark.
