I connected with Randy Miller through the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA). He proved to be all that I expected. Though I had a wide range of things I wanted, he was able to narrow our search sufficiently to let me take full advantage of the house-hunting days we had. Once I made a selection he guided me through the process smoothly. His knowledge of the area, local merchants, and support services was invaluable. He was extremely responsive through a number of complications, turning an initial mortgage rejection into a an FHA acceptance and adapting terms when the appraisal came in lower the the asking price. He knows his business and is well worth the fee.

At first i was working with another agent from a differnent company. After nine months of looking at over fofty five unliveable homes I dedcided it was time to look for another agent. One that might be able to better assist me. I was recommended to Randy at The Buyers Agent. I talked to Randy for about a half hour and he new what I was looking for. We looked at some homes online. We then went out and looked at homes. I found my home the second time we went out. Randy was very thorough and informative. I was a first time home buyer. The process was very confusing and scary. However, Randy made sure that i knew exactly what was going on. He explained what to expect from begging to end. Never once did I feel as though i was being pressured into makeing a deccision for the sake of a quick sale. I would recommend Randy to everyone buying a home.
