Since they were located around hanover square getting my first guitar worked on. the prices seemed fair and in the end the work was done to the specifications desired. i still swing by the new location i have had my main axe with a floyd rose setup up to standard b, 70 gauge strings the set up was tight and low feels nice. i can resting intonate and set my guitars up my self but, pretty fair prices and always what i would consider good work is done. if you go there for a low tuned set up especially b, yah sometimes have to explain what you want done for a bit but they eventually get it. gotta get a guitar repaired soon and more than likely will take it there. i would love to give a 5 star rating but that would be have to be some crazy stuff so keepin it real. they for me personally i have always been satisfied with the service. This is a great place to get your music instruments and supplies. They're a fun bunch of guys that are down to earth and aren't afraid to rachetjaw with you for a few minutes. Their prices are reasonable and they have a ton of quality instruments to choose from. I'm sure that you will not be disappointed.
