Florida Pool Heating

I can not believe what a pleasure this process was. Buying a big ticket item is usually difficult and tense leaving you feeling like you could have done better elsewhere---NOT the case with Florida Pool Heating. It was simple and a delite to deal with not only the salesman but I was also able to speak with the owner Dennis who personally checked in after the job was complete to see that I was happy. The installation technicians were polite courteous and efficient leaving the site spotless. They even took the time to give me a full demo of all my pool equipment as I was new to the house. When I called the office a week later to pay, they do not get paid for a full week after the job is 100% done, I had a technical question and the customer servie department was able to help me in under a minute. WOW !!! This is truly the BEST company for any home improvment I have ever hired 6,7, 8 stars i wish I could give them more than 5

It was extremely refreshing to find a company in South Florida who came out when they said they were going to come out, fixed the problem AND charged a reasonable fee. Kudos to you, Florida Pool Heating! Ryan Mand -

I have lived in South Florida for 20 years and have hired all different sorts of contractors and never found such a professional and reliable company as Florida Pool Heating. I was greeted politely and friendly on the phone, had my immediate questions answered in detail and then set an appointment, which was kept and on time, for someone to come to my home. I was treated like " the boss " as they told it and after being given all the time and attention I required I chose to hire this company. The installation went flawless and finished in one day and I was not asked to pay until a week after they were complete. I can highly recommend this company for any of their services.

I wish there were a 6 star rating. After 2 high pressure salesman I spoke WITH to get competitive quotes, FLORIDA POOL HEATING was to my home and provided the best experience I have ever had with a contracting company. Delivered what was promised, in the time frame promised and gave me the best service ( I actually needed a follow up trip for a demonstration and they were happy to work around my schedule.
