I was surprised at the detail provided in my home inspection. They spent about six hours inspecting the house. These folks are on your side and don't sugar coat anything. They really know what they're doing. If you need a home inspection, look no further.

Customer service was very through and professional in all aspects of the home inspection, providing profound informative information with expertise on recommendations for resolutions of deficiencies found. Our inspector served us with professionalism and friendly attitudes and all of our inquires were answered promptly. The report was delivered in a very timely manner and each of the findings were explained in depth and with expert knowledge. The report is very professional and conducive to the process in which the inspection was performed. From a scale of 1 to 10, Southern Property Inspection is a 15. As before mentioned the services rendered was of utmost importance and the expertise provided satisfied our needs. We would definitely use their services and again and without reservation refer them to others.

Our experience with Southern Property Inspection was excellent. We did meet the inspector and he was very informative. The timelyness of getting back our report was outstanding. The day of the inspection, we met Tim the inspector. He took the time to explain all of our inquires and was very knowledgeable. We then met with Jennifer. I contacted Southern Property Inspection and spoke with Jennifer on the phone. I live out of state and needed assistance with a property in Elba, Alabama. Jennifer scheduled a time convenient to my schedule and her husband performed the inspection. I was very satisfied with the inspection.
