This store emails coupons out to you but be prepared... they will not honor it unless you print it out? Hello- aren't we in the smartphone era where we don't need to have paper? They obviously did not need my purchase and will never get my business again. The snotty attitude that you get when you are in there is yet another reason to not do business with this store. Too many other stores to deal with that appreciate their patrons... By Stacie7 on January 28, 2012 at 11:40 AM
All I can say about this store is if you are not 100% sure that you want what you buy you better leave it there. They have an 'all sales final' policy. You can return something for an exchange or store credit but that's it. I bought gifts for someone and she tried to return it and could not. A store credit did her no good at all because there was nothing else in the store she wanted. If I had them embroider something for me I could understand but I did not. There is a small sign stating their policy that you would never notice. Then they put in on the receipt but by then its too late. This is the only store that I am personally aware of that has this type of policy. It's beyond ridiculous.
Needless to say, I won't be back.. By C Dickson on December 16, 2010 at 10:04 AM

I usually do not go to this store because they act like snobs and act like you are. wasting their time by coming in to the store.
It is a shame because they do have some neat gifts. By Anonymous on June 08, 2009 at 08:31 AM
I must disagree you both . I don't get inside the door good and I'm greeted at this store. I've ordered things from them and the item always arrives in time for the party. They have so many girly and baby items to choose from; and they're very unique items at that. When I need birthday gifts for my office this is the first place I go. They also have everything you can imagine by Vera Bradley. I've never had a negative vibe from the employees at this store. Of course, I don't wait until 2 seconds before the store closes either, I actually shop here during their normal business hours. Maybe you should shop at Wal-mart. They're open 24 hours and they have a greeter at the door! By Anonymous on March 28, 2009 at 07:59 AM
They are very rude. The first time I went to the store no one acknowledged my presence when I walked in. The store is very small so it's not like they don't see you. I did give them the benefit of the doubt and went back a second time because I like the items they carry. They are not very people friendly. By Anonymous on January 02, 2009 at 10:32 AM
If there was a grade below F, this store would have gotten it from us. They are extremely rude and unprofessional.
We need to pick something by 7PM and when we pulled into the parking lot, it was 6:58 and someone had just flipped the Closed sign.
We rushed out of the car and knocked at the door. There were (3) people in the store and they all ignored us then turned off the lights and went out through the back.. By Cleo D. on December 01, 2008 at 06:06 PM
