Aubry Hargrove is strong! She was in a car wreck the beginning of August, and was in ICU for many days, She broke both legs. She couldn't play for many months. And yet Aubry was still at every game and practice that we had. She was still apart of out team! Monday, the 24th of January, she was cleared to play. Aubry did indeed play today, the 25th of January. Only shot she took, a three pointer, made it! Our coach talked to Heavener coach about what happened to Aubry. The Heavener coach talked to his girls about not guarding her. So she played for a little over a minute. She ran in, they threw her the ball, Heavener girls let her score because they didn't want to hurt her. She made a 3. Heavener girls went back to their side of the court, their ball, and dribbled. 10 seconds left into the game and Mark Hargrove, Aubry's dad, just walks onto the floor. Picks her up, they both start crying. Her first minute playing this year, as a senior. Need a definion of strength? Learn her story! By Anonymous on January 25, 2011 at 09:34 PM
