Undoubtedly the BEST in the area...

Chris Knuth's Star Motors is a European Car Mechanic MAGICIAN, but he's also tops when it comes to domestic makes. Star Motors = BEST WORK, BEST PRICE, BEST VALUE. Highly reliable and trustworthy sums it up - the ONLY auto repair shop in town that I recommend.

Fantastic Repair Shop!
Finally! I've been searching for a quality automotive repair shop where I can take my Mercedes and not get gauged with dealer prices. I decided to give Star Motors a try and now I will never take my care anywhere else! From the moment I walked into the nice, clean office, I was treated in a respectful, courteous manner. This family owned business is warm, honest and professional, with the best part being the high quality of service.
Chris, the owner, was able to diagnose a problem that nobody else was able to. I appreciated how he explained every detail to me about my car's problem and was up front about what it would take to fix it. He arranged for me to have a rental car while the repairs were being done.
My car has NEVER RUN SMOOTHER! I am truly amazed - it's like brand new! I highly reccommend Star Motors to anybody with European cars. I am now a customer of theirs for life!

The Best in the Area!
I have taken my MB to Star Motors several times within the past year and prior to that I had a Lexus that Amir serviced for me. Star Motors is top dog on service, price, and customer service. Star is straignt forward and if something can wait to be serviced on you car, they tell you. I like that.

What You Need to Know: Integrity, Competence & Kindness
After 20 years of routinely and faithfully taking cars in for service or repair, to auto shops and dealers big and small, I have found a shop where I have never once left doubting that the service/repair was necessary or properly corrected.
Rarely, do I take time to actually write a review. I am a demanding consumer, but occasionally one comes a across a service provider that provides such sound and dedicated service that it actually gives one pause: Star Motors of San Juan Capistrano is one such example.
Chris Knuth, the shop's owner, clearly loves cars. And solving problems. I have found it to be a potent combination in a business where we all know too well that revenue generation drives decisions. But not here. It's just the facts. And a simple, easy to understand explanation of why corrections need to be made. At the end of a visit, one leaves with a strong sense of, "problem fixed, as promised." I'm a believer. As I said at the start, integrity, competence & kindness. Period.
