Great!
I went for a tour and loved it. It was very clean and didn't smell like a kennel at all. All the dogs had nice sheepskin beds. Wonderful music.
I actually went to tour for my cat but got the full tour. I loved the penthouse and wish I could stay there!
The cat area is upstairs and far from dogs. The skylights made the room very bright and the soft music was very comforting. It was a hot day but the air conditioning keep the room cool. Cats are partitioned so that they can't see each other which is great because my 2 cats HATE other cats. All the cats had sheepskins on the floors and perches in individual "condos".
The staff was caring and attentive and answered all my questions. So I booked my cats for a stay!!
