Stop N Mail

The lady that runs this business has been in the area all of her life. She is very helpful, and knowledgeable about the shipping business. Need help finding something/somewhere? She can do that. Need help getting a package on time and in one piece? She can do that. Tracking numbers? Never had a problem with that either. I have found her very helpful and polite on the numerous occasions that I have been to her business.

I shipped a package using this store, and their UPS service. Their policy is to send a tracking number via email, so you leave the store without a tracking number. 6 days later I had never received the email. I checked my spam folder and deleted items and I am certain the email was never sent. When I called, she was able to look up my package and provide a tracking number, however when I asked about the email she said "It's in your spam box. That's happens all the time". I asked if she could verify it was sent. The problem very well might be with her email server, or maybe just a typo on their part. She said "I have customers standing in line, I can't talk to you about email..." And then she hung up on me. She clearly did not want my business. I will take my shipping needs elsewhere.
