Summit Builders

One of the worst builders in okc...true quantity not quality buider. Summit "built" our home as cheap as possible only to leave us continually finding problems with the workmanship. Final design did not match the plan, and after closing we found we were shotrted over 100 square feet. Even the lot grade was sub standard as we've had water problems since the day we moved in. They came out to "address" the problem but once again the quality was pitiful. We finally opted to begin adressing the problems ourselves and hire true professionals to complete the work. If you're looking to build I would not recommend this compant whatsoever. It should be an enjoyable experience not a fight for decet quality and nothing but less than truthful answers.
