I also don't care for the new manager Shayla. The drinks have always been pretty good (since it started as java java) and that is why I have been a long time customer, and I do really like most of the girls working there. I have talked to a couple of the girls and they to are not happy with the manager. She can be very snotty at times and really does act like she is to good for some people. I do still get coffee here at times but not nearly as often as I used to. I completely disagree with the statement written by Jane. I believe that since Shala has taken over the coffee shop has been running more smoothly. My drinks are more consistent and any time I have had a complaint (which is rare) she has always made sure to take care off it. I agree that talking about customers in front of other customers is inappropriate, but maybe she was having a bad day.

I had been going to this coffee stand for years.....until the new manager shayla started working there. She just thinks she is better than everyone and is very rude. I've heard her complain to employees because she didn't get a tip from a customer (and shes saying all this while I'm waiting for my drink). EVERY time I go through she never gives my change back, I usually tip $1 but no matter what she just takes the dollar and puts it in her jar, doesn't even offer to give it back to me, that in my book is HORRIBLE customer service!
