As far as the staff here, they are the worst part of life in this park. If you have a nice home they will harass you until you leave. If you pay your rent on time and do what you are supposed to they will harass you until you leave, they want your house to sell. Yes, there are drug dealers here, and all the other crap. As far as the "background check and credit check" that is just another way for them to make money. The office will tell you as long as you have never been evicted from here they will welcome you. The don't care about your credit or even if you are on probation. All they care about is whether or not your kids toys are out, they expect you to put away all outside play toys (unless you work here) and they want your recyclables either in your house or in the trash. So if you live green and you recycle don't live here. If you have kids don't live here! As far as getting in the gate nobody ever has a problem doing that. This place sucks!!

It's full of junkies, dealers, prostitutes & sex offenders. The empty houses r used as shooting galleries 4 the junkies. There r prostitutes walking around the park offering their "services". Drug dealers sell pot, coke & heroin through holes in the screens on their Windows. You drive in & its all nice on the outside, its kept nice so people will buy houses, but once u get inside its a different story. The rovers@t the gate r being paid off by the dealers 2 keep the cops away. & the cops & sheriffs r here so much, they should have a station in the park. I see cops every half hour driving around, stopping people, raiding houses. The theft is awful. Do not keep anything outside that isnt chained down or locked up so tight no one can break into it. Because it will get broken into. Houses also. Do not leave any windows or doors unlocked. Houses & Cars being lit on fire & no 1 doing anything 2 stop it. i am afraid for my families lives in this park. I wish there was a way out..

Funny everything everyone states about the park I have not seen and I children her and their pastors of churches and we are still alive. We have been here for 16 years and counting we are close to all the stores - were do you live in the park we take walks always and DO NOT FEAR for our lives. Everywhere now and days have bad things because of the the umemployed. There are more drugs and sexual preditors out side the park check that out at least you know what your living around here. well if your thing about moving in this place think again unless you like getting shot at and having your car stollen at gun point and having the cops doing drug bust every day. this place is like a tweakers paridise cuz there endless drugs available to every one and yes they will sell to your 12 year old just to make a buck. you have criminals living there that have commited murder people with ancle braclets and evrything else this place is the ghettoest place that i have ever seen in my life so if you can try another trailer park cuz i sure wish that i could !!!!!!!!!!!!

this mobile home by far is the worst that i have ever seen the staff just turnes there head for all of the illegal things that happen in the park for example drug deals kids stealing shooting people fighting The front office knows nothing and gives you the wrong information and are never willing to help you for instance the other night i was sleeping and one of the rovers came banging at my door telling me that i had to move my car cuz it was in the wrong spot which was kind of funny since i have been parking in that spot since i moved in and never had a problem and when they called the front desk they didnt know where i was supossed to park my car so dont waist your time trying to buy a house in this park you will hate living here cuz i sure do i fell like a prisoner in my own house.

Well were to begin this place from the front looks like the perfect little place to live until you move in. Me and my husband and two small girls bought our mobile home in november 2010 we were able to pay cash for it and figure the space rent was going to be cheaper then renting an apartment and more space for the kids to play. so the first major problem is that just to move into the park they make you pay two months of rent on top of our first months rent but the catch is that you cant get the money back for a year. the second major problem is that there is daily drug busts and people stealing your stuff left and right but the worst problem of all is that we have only lived there for 2 months and we have already had a lady held at gun point a and her car stollen from the parking lot in the park which kind of confuses me since you have to check in at the front gate and the other night there was gun shots and 3 mobil homes were shot up and then the next day it happened again. STAY AWAY

my respect for anyone living there but we must admit that the community is not a nice one it is overun by drugs and pitiful tennage gangs who spend their time stealing your stereos or vandalising your house it is not the place i would want to go back to.

swan lake is one of the worst communities, and i would encourage anyone who wants to join to reconsider. It is vandalised freely by the tennagers who roam the park late at night and go unchecked by the security personel. I have never had a worse opinion of any community.If the security team was more closely monitered themselves and did their job they would not have these problems and the families in the area would feel alot safer i have personally encountered security who let patrons leave the liquor store sippin on their "brown bags". this has also ben the location of many of the local high schools fights as there is many small streets that are not properly monitered by security staff.
