I received a gift from a friend from this somewhat pricey boutique and have been trying to exchange it for about 2 weeks now. I call every day to only get a voice mail- where I have left several messages trying to get a return call back. Went by the store 3 times- the first time to find no one was there- but they had revised hours on the door- so I returned on two seperate days- in the middle of the day- and no one was there still. I am growing very frustrated that this store is NEVER open!
