After my Hamilton watch was damaged at the World Trade Center tragedy, SWRC did the repair for free - that's right - no charge! Seven and a half years later the same Hamilton needed repair again. Though less dramatic this time round, I didn't feel bad about the reasonable cost. The only frustrating thing was waiting for parts to be shipped from Switzerland. Honest and reliable service - thank you.

I called to ask about a full service on my 7 year old Omega Speedmaster (Omega recommends service every 5 years or so...). The gentleman who answered the phone asked a couple of questions about how the watch kept time (fine), and then said that frankly, from his perspective of 20 years as a watch-maker, I shouldn't bother with service until the watch starts to not keep time accurately. Considering that he stood to make several hundred dollars from me, I thought the frank advice not to spend my money yet was quite admirable. Definitely not a 'rip-off' approach.
