My wife had my car put in for an oil change. It came out with an oil change, tires balanced and rotated, diagnostic test, and new gas cap. We received no phone call to update us that this additional work was being done. My wife ended up writing them a $280 check at the time, which I later had canceled.

I went in to have tires mounted and they didnt use the chrome valve stems. When I complained they tried to tell me that my '96 Saturn sc1 has sensors that prevent them from using that type of valve stems. I know for a fact that there are no such sensors. They eventually returned my valve stems to me but I dont like being lied to. Next time I will be going to another shop.

I have been going to this place for alignments, oil changes, and tires for years with multiple cars. My cars run great. They get me in and out within a timely manner and are always friendly. If they don't have the tires I need in-stock that day they have been able to get them for me next day. They have always treated me well.
