I just wanted to let you know that Mathew and Quincy did an outstanding job at Columbia County yesterday. I was impressed with Mathew’s knowledge and more importantly his professionalism with our client. We had a few unforeseen glitches with the audio piece of the existing system that Mathew figured out and was able to get back up and running.
I would like to see “Kaz” back on future jobs for us if at all possible.
Thanks for the assistance on this one and looking forward to more collaboration in the future.

SouthCrest Church of Newnan, Georgia moved into its first permanent facility in February 2007. SouthCrest renovated existing warehouse space in an industrial park. Some firms indicated that this task simply could not be done while others submitted bids far beyond the budget yet offered no hope of reducing system costs.
TIP and sister company AVC was selected based upon their willingness to work with SouthCrest Church. TIP rose to this challenge and successfully provided such systems, finishing on time and responding to post-installation issues.
SouthCrest Church is very pleased with the final product, a system that produces warm and inviting light, rock solid sound and vividly clear video. SouthCrest says thanks to TIP for a job well done.

Mark,
I have had the privilege of working with a lot of quality people during my career, and you and the former "Sonics Guys" that you have pulled into your company are certainly among the best. And, the fact that Imax continues to use your company for installations is further evidence of that. Under the current circumstances, it is always a relief to go tune an Imax theatre that Michael or Sam have installed, because I know it will be done right. The same would be true of Phillip, but you've apparently kept him busy on non-Imax jobs. Michael has told me that you are very busy with lots of those jobs. And I just had the pleasure of meeting and working with Steve here in Guadalajara; he seems like the same kind of good worker (and overall good guy!) that we would have wanted at Sonics. Again, thanks for the note, and I wish continued success for you and your group.

We have just finished two projects in the Atlanta area going behind a local AV Installation Contractor and it was very embarrassing and expensive for our client. There are people out there posing as AV Installation Contractors that are not reliable, do sloppy work and don't represent their clients ... more

Yes Beware!!! There are several AV Equipment Vendors out there that will sell you AV System Equipment at dealer cost. Problem is that they don't care if the equipment is designed to work together, or if your design is flawed or even if you have everything you need to ... more

Mark,
What a way to start a relationship! The guys you assigned to work with us at ADP, Mark & Steve, did an outstanding job. I spent a few moments with your guys on site, and got to see Mark's calm, can-do, and experienced contribution at work. Not only does his work represent TIP well, but the very way he carries himself in appearance and conversation represents TIP as a professional and high-class organization. You're lucky to have such people on your team.
I look forward to working with any of these guys again, and their efforts make me incredibly comfortable having TIP represent our small company with important clients. Great team!
Also, pass my thanks along to Michael, who took my last minute requests and handled everything... you've got a great business partner in Michael.

Mark,
Will & Jason did a great job for us last week! Will did an excellent job of communicating with our office and managing the project on site.
Thank you very much Mark!
