THD At Home Services -Roofing , Siding, Windows

We had the most excellent four fellas come to our mobile - sell, inspect and install. When we do the other three windows, we want Brad Dunagan, Heath Kelly, Jeremiah Liarmore and his partner (Geno or Deno?) come and do the other three windows. They were most polite, informative and did an absolute job. Please keep them for future jobs. We also enjoyed talking to Kenya Washington. She was most professional also. We have had so many nice comments about the windows. Can't wait for the other ones to be installed.

When it rains, water leaks through the roof and into my the ceiling of my house. I called homedepot. I knew the water was coming from the decorative chinmeys on the roof. I told them so. Mr. Barnes, a homedepot sales consultant said to me that in order for the job to be warrantied they need to give me a new roof. I told him that the roof was only 2 years old. He said Homedepot does not do "piece work", they do the whole thing. In that case you have to pay more money to put some metal on the on the columns. I accepted, as long as they were going to take care of the water problem. I day of the job, I told the worker about the origen of the water problem. Remember, the chimney columns are the problem. Make sure you fix that. I was shocked to learn that Homedepot does not do repair columns on top of roofs. I did not need to replace a two year old roof. I need the water problem to be taken care of. I just want my money back. Now, I have to find a reputable Company to fix my problem

I would not ever tell anyone to use them! Look at the BBB. They have a D rating! I was a fool and did not check until I started having problems. I'm very disappointed with my service. If you want the job done right, call someone else.
