TLC Tack

As a new horse owner I always have lots of questions {some of them quite silly, I'm sure} but Mary and staff are always friendly and helpful in whatever I need. Several times I have had something in my hand to buy explaining to Mary what I was planning to use it for, and she has told me to save my money because I actually didn't need it. You'll never find this kind of honesty and service anywhere else! LOVE this tack shop!

We are from Canada and we heading North 2 hrs before Mary opened her store. She told us to give her a 1/2 hr and she would open early for us. When we we arrived we found Mary to be so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We found Mary to be a truely warm, accomodating and wonderful person. Customer service extraordinare!! Upon leaving I went to thank her and shake her hand. She opened her arms and gave me a big hug instead. We will always plan on stopping by on all future visits to Washington.

There is nothing like getting all the horsey friends together and driving out to TLC. Mary does a great job keeping it stocked with the latest and greatest fads and her prices are great!

When a local competitor of TLC would not accept my nice show saddle in on consignment (and I had previously bought 2 saddles from them) I went to Mary and she gladly accepted it and sold it in a few weeks. Thank you Mary!

I have purchased tack from Mary, the owner of TLC, for years and you will not find a better place to buy tack! She has fine quality saddles and other tack and she stands behind everything she sells. I have purchased saddles, bridles, bits, grooming supplies and everything else you can think of that is horse related and I have always been very happy with the quality and the price.

At TLC Tack they always have what I need! Breast collars, headstalls, reins, all to match....none of this, "we'll have to order it"! All sizes in everything, great selection, awesome saddles. Wonderful gifts as well and home decor. We drive from Ravensdale, Wa. (about 90 minutes) to get there and it is always worth the drive. When going there is not a possibility I can always call and have the items sent. They come within a day or two at a very low price! Knowledgeable staff and caring owners make this an excellent resource for the avid equestrian!!

If you are looking for genuine friendly people with the knowledge to help you out in the horse industry TLC Tack is great. Excellant products and great service. A big thank you to Mary for being there for us.
