Chef Joe Ciminera began his cooking career in Milan, Italy at the Five Star and Five Diamond-rated Hotel Venesia. Chef Ciminera trained under the expert guidance of Master Chef Vincenzo Provino, Daniel Boulud, Christian Doulevere, Pierre Manor, Mike Depirito, and Jean Louis Pallidan, among many others. Through his training, Joe Ciminera developed his own unique and creative style of cooking that he has been expanding upon ever since through positions at restaurants like Le Cirque, Les Celebrites, Le Petite Bijou, and Carmines. In addition to his work in the kitchen, Chef Joe Ciminera is the successful author of two popular books. Chef Ciminera’s first published book, “In the Weeds: A Chef’s Tales,” recounts the embarrassing experiences of 50 prominent chefs and their passion for cooking. Chef Joseph Ciminera’s second book, “Joseph Ciminera’s New American Cooking,” has sold over 1 million copies. Prior to creating “Taste This T.V.!,” Chef Joe Ciminera was the host of "Joseph Plays with Food" and "Eat at Joe's."
