Technician Today

I was very happy to have recived the information to call Brian at Technician Today for my dryer issue. Brian was very down to earth and and easy to deal with. I found his honesty refreshing, I had spent some time on the phone calling around different local Dryer Techicians and realized how different dealing with Brian is compared to the others. As soon as I spoke with Brian on the phone I was already at ease and comfortable with the recommedation. I feel I was lucky to get the referal. My sixteen year old dryer is working and I am very pleased. Being a single parent repairs can come at an inconvenient financial time(always) and Brian was very gracious in my allowed billing days. Thank you again Brian.

A friend recommended this company and it was the best reference EVER! I had no idea who to call or how to diagnos the problem. Brian stepped through all of it on the phone and then was at the house the same day - and now my refrigerator/freezer is working again! He made me feel that I was his only client and was fair in his price. I'll never go anywhere again! Thanks Brian!!

I wouldn't call anybody else. He was referred to me by my regular repair guy who didn't have time to help me. Since that date, Brian has become MY regular repair guy. He can diagnose over the phone and show up ready to work. When it's been an easy fix - he's even told me over the phone how to fix it myself. He could have made a trip out and charged me the service call but he's smart enough and honest enough to know a lifelong loyal customer is worth more than a single service call. I've never been as confident recommendign any service person as I am Brian. And three weeks after we met I ran into him at the parkinglot of home depot and he remembered me,and the work he did for me and walked right up and asked how it was going. That's great customer service, a great memory and trustin your work.. Go Brian.

Technician Today was recommended to us by friends nearly 3 years ago when we first moved to Omaha and we have not even considered calling anyone else until Brian tells us it's out of his line of expertise. For little financial investment he has extended the life of appliances in our 45 year old home that were not ready for our big family and by all industry standards should have died long before we got here. We really appreciate having an expert professional and friend like Brian to call upon when we're in need or even wondering if we're in need and what we should do about a particular appliance related problem. Our refrigerator, Oven, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher and more have all benefitted greatly from Technician Today's Brian Matthews great combination of knowledge, skill, experience and passion to conquer the problem and make it work safely and right. I have used Brian Several times on many different appliances, He is always very professional, usually able to diagnois over the phone. He has always been able to make a service call the very next day. We have used him for years, and wouldn't even consider anyone else to do our repairs, we've used him over the years to fix our microwaves, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer & dryer, always with excellent results, and fair prices. He is very personable, and very honest.
