Dealing with computers when you don't know what you're doing is never a fun task.... until I met Techno Rescue. I haven't dealt with people that easy to work with in so long I can't even remember. They're knowledge and friendly attitude was such a nice change of what customer service has unfortunately evolved to. They talk so you can understand what they're saying, and never talking down making you feel like you don't know anything about computers. If you're in the market for a new computer, or upgrading an existing machine, go to Techno Rescue and you won't regret it.

Techno Rescue not only saved my laptop, but they saved me a lot of money. My daughter spilled water right in the keyboard and I thought it had no chance. I use this laptop entirely for my business with NO backup. Geek Squad might be good, but way too expensive. Techno Rescue earned their name, they rescued my laptop and they rescued me. If I can give these guys 10 stars, I'd give them 15. Thank you for everything. I strongly recommend everybody to use them.
