The consumer law need to go against this store.I went to this place and I got screw from one loan of 450 I finnaly inding paying 1200 plus a 30 fee.I honestly never go back no matter what my situation wiil be.Plus they said that if you recomended someone you will get 25.or 15 but no way I never will recomended no one.

horrible the only good reviews here are from employees and those others that claim we are less then people caus our credit got messed up then i guess they have never forgot a payment or missed one or had life handed to them by there dad shame on you for be littleing people in a jam we still deserve a resonable apr not 316% shame on you

they are morons that work here please stay away i got a loan decided i didnt want to pay 180 for interest for 30 days came back the next day to pay it off i figured they would charge me like 20 or 30 bucks interest( caus i originally borrowed 800 refinanced it so tittle fee and keys were paid)they required me to pay all 780 bucks even though it says in con tract that if you pay early they would charge less interest i showed contract she said she didnt care if anyone would like to add me to law suit please do contact me at my email joe_haus2003@yahoo.comWho do these people think they are they dont care at all about you please starve before you go here make late payments but dont come here

This company should be in prison along with all the other thieves out there. They will refinance your loan and the moorons that work there can't even explain the contract to you and then when you go back the one who executed it no longer works there. Borrow 2000.00 paid 8500.00 in refinance fees and they took my 7000.00 car after breaking into my garage and tearing the building up. Won't tell me where my car is as required by the law. I am pressing criminal charges and have gotten an attorney as has the owner of the house I am leasing. Landlord is a big contract attorney in Houston let's see what he says about their rip off contract. And to the friend of the person who works in the Temple location thanks for letting the public know that they discuss the personal information of the clients they have. My attorney loved that one. Privacy policy breached.

Do not go here, no matter what your situation. Find another way. These people are rude, they lie and the law should shut them down for their unethical practices. I had to learn the hard way, but I learned. Don't do it!!!!!

lost title given the run around for over a month on its return/ replacement. final straw was when i was told that they were getting it and it would be available on 4/27/11, only to learn they felt it best if i went to dmv in stead and get the title. no apology was given and i was told the reason i was in this situation was because of attitude and intelligence.

I got a title loan from Texas car Title and payday loans, and the employee knew i was a soldier, and allowed me to get the loan anyway, She knew she was violating the Military Lending Act. I'm in the process of trying to get my car back or getting the company to replace it, by paying me the blue book value of my car, the company has already sold it. I will be filling law suites soon.....

I got a loan from them 700.00 wound up paying back almost 1400 and made payments on time and even paid it back within 90 days I think these rates should be illegal and I would never do it again. Luann Simon

II was leaving on a trip to the Far East and asked if I could have someone come in and make the payment for me while I was out of the country; they said ok, but when my friend went in to pay the int. pymt. they said no and called the loan. Now I am being sued. Don't use this co.for a payday loan!
