Shane and his Texas Roof Clean staff did an excellent job in the Terrace Village - Kingwood. They were timely, thorough and professional in the process. Neighbors asked for his name after seeing the results of their work. Will continue to recommend Shane, knowing the quality of their work.

I just had Texas Roof Clean at my house in the Galleria area on Saturday. They were in and out in about 4 hours and did an AWESOME job. My roof looks brand new. They walked me through the process and showed me what came off of the roof. Best yet, there was no bleach or harmful chemicals. I would highly recommend this company no matter what part of town you are in.

Excellent, careful work. Removed all traces of any stains remaining after 13 years of weathering. Careful to leave no stain runoff on any of the house siding. Roof looks like a new roof.

We found this company on the internet and were impressed with the photos. We called and made an inquiry. The helpful office assistant said that a crew was working a job in our area and would drive by our house and give us an estimate.

We are selling our home and sought more curb appeal. The crew did a great job. Each time they said they would phone, they did. The arrived early the day of the work. We were not at home, but they completed the job on their own and left us an invoice.

What a friendly, pleasant experience. Plus, what a difference just having the roof cleaned makes.

I heard about this service from a neighbor whose roof was cleaned and looked like new. I decided to have mine done as well (roof 11 years old). The service was very professionally done and my roof also looked like new as well. The crew did a great job of clean-up after the roof cleaning was complete. I researched roof cleaning techniques and chemicals for months before contracting with Texas Roof Clean. My 10 year old green roof was nearly black with mold and I wanted it clean but was concerned about possible damage that might be caused by the cleaning. Texas Roof Clean uses a safe but effective solution combined with reduced pressure. The job that they did on my roof was truly outstanding. Not only did they do no damage during the cleaning process but they repaired some legacy damage that occurred during IKE during the process. My roof looks new and Shane and his employeee went beyond what was required to ensure that my my house and landscape were cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recommend Texas Roof Clean for most of us in this humid climate with moldy roofs.

Had needed my roof cleaned for years, but held up out of fear of cost and possible damage to plants from chemicals, etc. Texas Roof Clean gave me a very fair price ($375 for 5,000 sq. ft. of roof). The job was done while I was away, and I was shocked at how good my house looked when I arrived back home. An amazing difference! And I could hardly tell they had even been there. Plants and flower beds all looked like nothing had happened. This just greatly enhanced the value of my home, was totally "painless", and so cheap compared to what I got. Can't say enough good things about these folks.

Texas Roof Clean is a business with integrity! Actual pricing was below estimate, they showed up when scheduled, my roof (7 years old and very black with mold) looks brand new, their clean-up was excellent, Mitch took time to explain the entire process (very informative), and owner has even contacted me to remind me that if within the next two years I have streaking of any sorts, to call Texas Roof Clean and they would come back and clean my roof again!!! Can't beat that for service.

I had never heard of cleaning a roof until recently. Our roof is about 10 years old but it was stained in various places which made it look even older. I called Shane at Texas Roof Clean and he explained the process which cleans the roof, but doesn't hurt the plants. It only took a few hours and the roof looks brand new. The price was reasonable and it makes the house look so much better. I highly recommend Texas Roof Clean. They show up on time and do a great job.

I am so happy that I found Texas Roof Cleaning back in '05. They are 5 Star for sure. Our roof is 13 yrs old and the North East side seems to get all the mold. I had them clean the roof in 05 and the job was fantastic. Now in '09 they have made the roof look like new again. I forgot to have it "serviced" according to their schedule. If I had followed their advice the mold would have not grown back and the cost of the second service/cleaning would have been much less. Shane and Mitch run the business very professionally but they still make you feel like you are the most important customer they ever had. I have recommended them and will keep telling my friends and neighbors how beautiful their roof can look. Thanks!!

Shane, the owner of Texas Roof Clean, has cleaned my roof twice in the span of 4 years. Both times have made the roof look like new again. There is no mess and the cleaner does not kill the grass or harm the shingles. I cannot think of anything you can do to make your house look so dramatically better for such a low price than call Shane with Texas Roof Clean.

I don't believe my roof has ever been cleaned and sits under lots of trees. Shane of Texas Roof Clean did an amazing job, the roof looks like new. It's a great way to freshen up a house and I have no excuse not to keep it that way. I should have done it earlier. I would highly recommend them, prompt on arrival, left everything tidy and very pleasant and courteous.

Texas Roof Clean cleaned my roof in April 2008. It is a beautiful green roof that had turned black. I tried everything and couldn't clean it. Shane did a spectacular job and made it look brand new.

He recommended treating it every three years and he just completed it in October 2011. It was showing a few small spots that were just beginning to show. The treatment cleaned it up and costs half of the initial cleaning.

The roof on our house is 11 years old next month and was very discolored with black mildew. We call Shane at Texas Roof Clean and he came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate. A week later he arrived on time for the appointment to clean our roof. Our house is about 3400 sq feet under roof. In a matter of 3-4 hours Shane and his helper had our roolf looking like brand new shingles, he washed off our gutters and all of the siding and proches that needed risning. While he was there I asked him to power wash a sidewalkd and the deck in the back. Unbelieveable. The painters that left on Thursday thought we had a new roof installed when they returned on Saturday!!! Very dependable and conscientious!! A new roof for $600 in less than 4 hours.

Shane ( owner) did the job personally. Performed exactly as agreed. Shane showed up on time, was very respectful, courteous, and did excellent work. I found TRC on the web. When I contacted them with questions they were very helpful and informative, Showed up to do the work on time and when they promised. After they showed up, contacted me to let me know they over estimated the job. TRC could have easily done for the estimate price since I was not home at the time, but did it cheaper. TRC even patched my roof where some shingles were missing! They did not charge for that. This company is a class act! I will have them out the next time I need service.
