The Apple Peddler Restaurant

The food we had was very good, I'm not faulting that, however we bought 2 pies a peach and a blackberry. We paid $10 a peice for them. They were nothing short of disgusting!! The crust was mushy and the peach pie had very little peaches. It was filled with a gelatin grainy mess that was revolting. If they can't make a decent pie in a resturant known for pies they will never again have my business. Word of mouth is best form or advertisment, they will get only negative from me. If they are trying to save money by filling mushy pies with faux fruit, they are going to lose a lot of business. I will from now on save my money for Shari"s!!

Food tasted soapy, employees smoke marijuana on site, cooks do not wash hands after smoking, glasses go into a dirty (never gets cleaned) glass rack.

I have eaten at this restaurant a couple of times, as it is located in the town where I live. Every time I go there, there are always different employees, which makes me wonder about the turn over rate. If they cant keep an employee, what makes me think they could keep a customer? The food is usually over or under cooked. The employees stand at the drink machine and eat thier employee meals. I never see any of them wash their hands. When it gets busy, the service goes way downhill. Seems the employees are not trained to handle rush hours. The manager seems fake to me. I am 71 years old, and a good judge of character. He is always telling his employees that they arent doing well enough. Guess that explains the turn over rate. He is friendly, but only when speaking to you. He will turn around to his employees with a completely different attitude. Bad food, Not clean, Fake, and cant keep coffee in my cup to save their lives.

I have been to the Apple Peddler in Sutherlin, OR many times and never had anything bad. It has always been great, clean, and I've never had to wait a long time for my food!!!

We stopped in to have something to eat...we ordered the steak and eggs. My steak was overcooked and the waitress said she would have the cook make another steak. While waiting, I finished most of the rest of my food while it was still hot. When I recieved the other steak, it too was overdone. We complained and all the waitress would do is take $2.00 of our bill. What??? Does that mean I can come in and order just a steak and pay only $2.00 for it. I doubt it! The food sucks, the wait staff doesn't care how long your food sits before bringing it to you and they obviously don't care about their customers. I'll never eat there again!!!!

WAIT STAFF DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS. MANAGER IS NEVER WORKING SO IT DOES NOT GOOD TO TRY AND TALK TO THIM. RESTURANT IS ALLWAYS DIRTY FLOORS TABLES AND BOOTHS. IF YOU PEEK YOURE HEAD INTO THE BACK OF THE RESTURANT YOU WILL NOTICE THE COOKS STATION IS DIRTY AND THE COOK LOOKS LIKE HES ON CRACK WE ORDERED THE CAPTIANS PLATER AND 3 CHEESE BURGERS WITH FRYS OVER PRICED, ANYWAYS THE SNAPPED ON THE CAPTIANS PLATER WAS RAW AND UNDER COOKED THE SHRIMP WAS BURNT AND SO WAS THE REST ONE CHEESE BURGER WAS OVER COOKED ONE WAS BLEEDING RAW AND THE OTHER WAS OK HOWEVER ALL THE FOOD WAS THROWN ON THE PLATE LIKE IT CAME OUT OF THE TRASH CAN NO GARNISH OR ANYTHING WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS RESTURANT TO MY DOG OR ANY OTHER LIVEING ANIMAL ON EARTH. OVER ALL EXP WORST TIME OF MY LIFE. ALL OTHER APPLE PEDDLERS WE HAVE BEEN TO HAVE BEEN THE SAME WAY DO YOURE SELF A FAVER GO TO SHARIS OR DENNYS OR SOME OTHER RESTURANT MC DS IS EVEN BETTER OR BURGER KING.
