To sum it up......Beautifully decorated cakes.......delightful muffins.....a bit pricey .......but the cakes are dry and do not taste good at all! Silly me, I continue to try them thinking it will get better, but it doesn't. Save your time and money.

Honestly, this store is not even worth the 1 star I gave it. They are so overpriced it is ridiculous however, I went ahead and purchased my daughters cake from them and when we got it, it was beautiful on the outside. The cake itself was awful. It was the texture of cornbread. I was so embarrassed serving this to our friends and hearing all the negative comments. Needless to say, this went straight to the garbage. Don't waste your money. Wal-mart makes much better cakes and at a much better price!

I got a toy story stand up cake bed for my nephews birthday at the cake lady and every one at the party was so impressed!!! My nephew is 2 and his eyes just lite up when he saw the cake... I wasn't sure how fondant would taste but it was very good and it still had butter cream icing under the fondant... I was so pleased I am going to get my wedding cake and grooms cake from the cake lady as well... The staff are so friendly and helpful... And the decorators just do amazing work... They just got a new baker and she is wonderful!!!

I am giving this store one star because my daughter turned 18 and we went to the Cake Lady Bakery and ordered a zebra cake with a bright pink bow on it. When ordering our cake they informed us that they could not put a bow on the cake because they did not know how to....but on display right in front of us was a cake with a bow on it...after we ordered a plain cake for 55 dollars (over priced) we took it home and celebrated the birthday. When we cut into the cake and tried it..it was awful and bitter. Worst cake.

i am only giving 1 star because of the cust service. i placed a order for a black jack 21 cake. the cake was beautiful on the outside. i was absolutely embrassed when i cut the cake with 40 people being present. the cake was hard as a brick and dried out. this was a disappoinment for my daughter 21st birthday and i see why u have to select and pay before cake is made. so, let this be a lesson for someone else if u have to pay first go somewhere else because they dont believe in themselves. i know that people may call and order merchandise and do show up but it can be sold.

Smile and let the customer know that they are welcome at your location, with 6 employees at your location 5 girls and one guy and not a single person said Hello! Hi! Thanks for coming In. This most be a friends and family bussines since that's the only way six employees would have no customer training. Now about the over-price sweets, turnovers, brownies and cookies over $1.50 each.... the Apple turnover filling was not fresh made... save your money go to Walmart's bakery and get fresh sweets at a lower price.

I recently ordered a baby shower cake from The Cake Lady and the people were great helping me with designs and colors. When I picked up the cake on Sat, It was the most beautiful cake I had even seen. Let me tell you the taste was even better.
