My Gateway laptop was dying a slow death due to a large number of viruses and malware. It was running incredibly slowly. Jack performed his magic for the incredible price of $75. Now, it runs like new. Jack will list everything that is wrong with your computer and what he did about it and will give you great advice so your computer won't get infected again. I highly recommend Jack for all your computer needs.

After contacting Jack for my second computer repair, it was obvious that it needed the "Jack" fix. I had various issues that were well above my computer education and repair knowledge. Jack is VERY thorough in his work to say the least. He is in constant contact with me during the repair process, which, I appreciate. I HIGHLY reccomend you hand your computer over to Jack for fixing and it will amaze you to have it running correctly again. I always learn something new from Jack with regard to current computer issues. I frequently contact Jack with additional questions after the fact and he is always willing to help. Thank you Jack!

After saving my netbook, I decided to drop off my Dell Dimension 4700 which I had pronounced dead. I couldn't get it to load or read any of my drives. I figured the worse Jack could do was tell me yes it was dead and remove the hard drive for me so I could recycle it. But OMG! He fixed it!! For $75, I now have a third working computer. It's like new. Absolutely amazing! Thanks Jack! You have saved me HUNDREDS of dollars.

I absolutely recommend Jack Benton to work on your computer and I am a very picky customer. I have an Acer one netbook that was completely infected. I had the IT guy at work try to repair it to no avail. He told me to get a new netbook. Jack spent 33 hours on it, removing malware, viruses and a host of encrypted files that were making my computer unusable. He called me every day and kept me informed of the ongoing situation. I just received my perfectly restored netbook back and was only charged $75!! He is completely trustworthy and very determined to get to the bottom of your computer issues. Highly, highly recommend!

I took 2 PC's and 1 Laptop to Jack for repair both PC's were a mess He had them up and running in no time. Switched those out for him to work on our laptop and same fast service was performed. I was very satisfied with the work all computers are like new. Also Very reasonably price. Will definently take them there again if any problems.

Jack helped me in a pinch and did a THOROUGH job of fixing my PC. I didn't realize how slow my PC was running until I got it back and it was like lightening speed again!!!!! Jack consulted with me throughout the entire process and worked diligently to get my PC back to me faster than I expected! I would recommend Jack to you if you want a personal experience from someone who wants the best for you and your PC!!! Big Box stores have nothing to offer compared to this service!
