Fan Man Lighting

I think you guys provide the best service all around. I've called so many different places only to be put on hold or that they don't have my item in stock. I was so frustrated! Thanks for your all your help!

hello,my question is can I bypass the wattage limiter without any problems? I have already done this and it works but is it safe to do so? Thanks for any help. Bill

I have been viewing all of the many varieties of Ceiling Fans on the Fan Man's website. It is good to find a reliable source of so many different types of Ceiling Fans, from which my customers can choose. When I first had issues with my Casablanca fan I was able to go locally and get parts. The next time, the parts were very expensive and I would have to go through a "middle man"-and that was without a firm diagnosis of which part I may need (possibly two). After a prompt reply from Jason, on his site, I sent him my parts (across the country) for diagnosis, which he promptly gave me. He ordered my part, which was a lot less expensive than it was locally . I now have a working fan. I have to admit I was initially nervous about sending expensive fan parts to an "unknown" (to me) company. I would now recommend The Fan Man to anyone. Thanks again Jason!

When we were kid's there was always the one genius friend that loved taking apart toasters, appliances, and anything else they could get their hands on, and then put them back together (and we used to call them geeks, little did we know). Jason, The Fan Man Lighting, has got to have the largest Fan and Lighting showroom in MN. The selection of ceiling fans, and light fixtures are never ending. The atmosphere is very relaxing, with indoor and outdoor water features, There are trees and landscaping inside the show room. The sound of running water is all around you. It's very relaxing. I also found out that Fan Man Lighting is a family run business. Jason and his staff were there to answer any, and all of my questions, with no pressure to buy. They even had a play area for children to play while mom or dad look around at the Fan Man Wonderland. This is why I'm your biggest Fan. You people are great.

Jason - I just talked to you on the phone and wanted to thank you for your understanding and explanations. We really didn't want to call the electrician back out (it would be his 4th trip - first trip he didn't believe us when we told him he needed a 14-16' ladder, 2nd trip with the right ladder but thought the receiver was damaged, 3rd trip to install the new receiver and then determined the switch must be bad). We figured that the least we could do before calling the electrician back out (or calling a new electrician or renting a BIG ladder) was to change the dip switches - again. We knew that he changed them when he was attempting to get the original switch to work and I know I insisted he put them back the way they were and he said he did - but I guess he didn't. We reversed the dip switches to all lower positions and we now have fan and light. Again, thank you for your kindness and for your store/website that allowed us to purchase replacement parts without buying a new fan. Dawn
