Well run and terrific food, a place to eat for sure

A family favorite
My family eats here often. This is a clean and trustworthy restaurant with great food and a great staff. The meals are all excellent, fresh, and prepared with obvious pride and care. The menu is diverse and a lot of fun to choose from. The vintage Sears kit house that is home to The Gilbert House is a rare sight these days. This is a great place to visit often.

Best pancakes ever
Everything is delicious and fresh. Just the best pancakes ever. When we are wintering in AZ we bring all our other midwestern friends at least once. Friendly staff, gracious owner. Rhubarb desserts remind us of MN cooking.
