I stopped by this beautiful shop as I was passing by. I Found my visit to be a true experience. I had to gather my friends and return to share the gem that I had discovered. I love to shop, however, I rarely find such a unique collection of items. The displays were amazing and I found the employees to be warm and welcoming. I believe they have one of the largest collections of Vera Bradley in Upstate NY. The jewlery, pictures, pottery keep me returning for more. I understand they have been in business for over 35 years. I look forward to many years to follow. This place is a must see. Judge for yourself! You won't be disappointed. By Jennifer H. on May 02, 2011 at 10:49 AM
i love the glue factory, mostly because i work there but the customer service is excellent and if you need help, there is always someone there to help you. The workers are always smiling and willing to run and get as many boxes as you need. Also, the store is so clean and kept up so nicely. it is so beautiful and i just love it so much! even on the most busy day, the workers are always smiling. i looooooovvvvvvvvvveeeee the glue factory By Rebekah on November 30, 2009 at 02:44 PM
EEEEErie in there.
No matter where I went, when I turned to move everyones eyes were on me.
What gives??? I am not a thief. I have a job. But whereever I was the clerks were watching EVERYTHING I looked at. Every movement I made. Never asked if I needed help which was nice but talk about the worse feeling ever. Prices are outrageous for mostly junk to collect dust. A couple useful things . Not many. but they stare at you with that look like they got diahrea real bad or something. ugly faces watching everything you look at. staring you up and down. I wasnot paranoid that day either. They are a wierd bunch there. I will never go back. That is what they want I guess. Maybe they just don't like Italians? By lo on July 06, 2009 at 02:16 PM
Although I do find this store cute and the sales people generally personable, it is very important to note the return policy (or lack there of). Today I tried to return a Christmas gift with a receipt. This gift had literally not even come out of the box yet. The receipt had no return policy on it and it has been less than two months since the gift was purchased. I was told in no uncertain terms that my exchange would not be accepted (even though I only wanted to put the credit toward a MUCH larger purchase). When I explained my confusion because there was NO return policy on the receipt, I was told that there is one posted at the register. That does not help too much if you received a gift. My receipt also said "Christmas gift" right on it. Who needs glue factory when they are willing to treat their customers like that. By Jessica on February 25, 2009 at 10:25 AM

I have found this store to be just delightful. I've spent hours looking around and talking to the ladies that work there. One of the women and I discussed Vera Bradley for a while, It's a lovely store. The drawbacks I've found from it are very far and few in between. They have the cutest gifts and beautiful jewelry. I just wish they had a more extensive Vera Bradley collection. By Sarah Richens on June 29, 2008 at 08:01 AM
I find the Glue Factory the best gift shop I have been to. Rarely do I leave empty handed and find many gifts I can't find anywhere else. The people offer suggestions and will redirect me if they can't serve me. they also offer to order what I want.
