The House Snowboard Shop

The house is a terrible place to buy from! Don't patronize their establishment! They dont care about customer satisfaction! I hope you like what you may order from them bc you will be pissed if you ever have to return anything. They will tell you that your refund will take 10-14 days' what they really mean is 10-14 days from the day that they decide to pay it. It took a week past the UPS logged delivery date for them to even acknowledge that the package had been delivered (35$ return postage for a snowboard deck only) Now another week later and they say it will be 10-14 days from now with zero sympathy. Support your local shop or go to REI or someone with more reputable business practices. They dont give a F at the house. In a month maybe I will get back %75 of what I originally paid for the board. What have you learned? Its a bad idea to order ANYTHING from THE HOUSE; let alone a deck, they will take your money and laugh all the way to the bank.
