The Micro Shop in Little Rock, AR knows computers in and out! When you contact us, don't expect to end up using voice mail/redirecting/call screening machines, etc. We don't do that. We only use voicemail if you call after hours. Yes, I know we are a computer store, supposed to be state of the art when it comes to technology, but we use machines to make things better, not worse. After all, real people have been answering our lines since 1982. That makes us one of the oldest independent computer dealers in the state, and we plan on being here a long time from now.
