By far the best restaurant and best kept secret around!! Great food, wine and service. I take all of our out of town and special guests here. I foyu have not been, you ARE missing out.

I've gotten dinner at the Range three times now and every part of the meal was incredible. The menu was different each time with one choice for each type of meal preference. The restaurant itself is small with very personal service. By far, this is the best food in San Luis County that i've tried yet.

We can not remember a more tasty dinning experience than we had at the Range .... Not only was the meal fantastic ,, but we enjoyed the country music oldies and the rustic , and yet elegant ,decor !!

Have eaten here twice so far. Love the small size, the dedication to high quality foods, the willingness to do it their way! One of the best places in SLO county, and less stuffy than many of the others.

My husband and I just love this place. The food is amazing. I can't say where you could get a better meal or service. The Ahi is my favorite. Very small and intimate. No reservations so go prepared to wait for a table, it's worth it. They don't take credit cards so bring cash or a local check.

A perfect evening at the Range- best steak I've ever had. Affordable prices. Love the atmosphere. Service was excellent.

What a find. Low key and casual with great ambiance and perfect service. The steak was perfectly cooked and the Pozo Zinfindel, with tasting room down the street, was well worth the $10/ glass. No reservations, no credit cards, bathrooms entered from the outside, no waiting area (they send you across the street to the coffee shop). This is a real local's spot with some of the best food we've found in our 5 years in north county!
