Shipping a box of food including a jar of thimbleberry jam arrived on time and in great shape at the U of M mailroom for our granddaughter. She was happy and we were too. Thank you.

I have call 5 times in 3 Hr time and they never pick up the phone. UPS website has an incorrect phone number. I tooled them this 3 months ago but they don’t care, they rather loose the business. You think that they would have an answering machine with a dissent message. THEY do NOT git it

People from the Bronx automatically DO NOT qualify for refunds under MI law 12764B-L. As matter of fact people from the Bronx are legally prohibited from entering Baraga Co. and points north! The Shipping Shoppe in Houghton provides fast, friendly, and competent service with a smile.

I have been going to the shipping shop for years now and i have always been impressed by there freindly helpful service. I went in today and i had three big boxes they were very helpful and helped me as soon as i came in the door. I just want to say keep up the great work. thank you lonnie

I an s Customer from the Shipping Shop and you totally ignored my e-mails and letter requesting an explanation of overcharges to my credit card for orfer 137!!! You night have had the decency to offer an explanation of why my credit card was billed for charges different from your order confirmnation. The amount due is a measly $11.00 but it's the principal of the thing!!! Why don't you have a NO STAR rating choice???
