The Signature Grand

As the Owner of a small company I always pay attention to Employee's conduct, especially how they react to Vendors. February 10th 2012 was the 4th time I have had the pleasure of doing decor for a Corporate Client , who has been dealing with Signature Grand for 10 years. I find it very refreshing that the employees are always very friendly, professional and helpful. The venue is always clean and I would never hesitate to recommend this venue to any of my Clients. I have never been hired by Signature Grand, my observations have been strictly while working for my Clients. David in Engineering, Warren, William, names too numerous to mention go beyond the call of duty. As far as service goes I am thoroughly impressed and I am not easily impressed.

My wedding was at the Signature Grand in January and words cannot express how pleased I was! The ballroom and chapel were absolutly beautiful; those chandeliers are extraordinary! I can't wait to see my pictures! The food was so outstanding my father is still taking about it. My event producer Linda Blanco was the BEST! What she did for me exceeded my expectations! She did a wonderful job coordinating everything and helping me plan my fairytale wedding. My event will be a memory my fiance and I will cherish forever! Thank you Signature Grand for making my wedding dreams come true!

I attended the 2008 Bridal and Quince show and had an amazing time! I got so many ideas for my upcoming wedding and was so pleased to find the atmosphere to be beautiful and calm. I have scheduled my wedding for August 2009 and also found my caterer, photographer and limo driver through the bridal show as well. The Signature Grand staff has been more than accommodating and helpful. I definitely think that you should consider the 2009 Bridal and Quince show on April 28th if you are planning on getting married soon. The resources are endless and the food and wine were amazing as well!

I recently had my wedding at Signature Grand..they were late on starting my ceremony because they overbook the rooms on top of what we paid for we didnt even get 1 hr of cocktail hr because of them running late they rushed everything...then they lost my favors didnt even have the courtesy to call me and let me know they found them after the event..poor customer service then i spoke to Micheal Barry the GM who was very rude he was rude to some of my guest who then returned and apologized for being rude then when I spoke with him he lied and said i was not rude..I would never recommend anyone doing and type of even there...there all nice to you but once they take your money they call you back whenever and there very rude NEVER AGAIN if it wasnt my guest and my florist doing a wonderful job instead of this day being the happiest it would have been the worst..
